The polymer injection pump is a special pump especially used for pressurizing and injecting the prepared mother solution of PAM (Polymer) into the underground, which is key surface equipment in process of polymer displacement of oil.
The Series 3ZP and 3ZJ triplex reciprocating polymer injection pump developed by our factory is the serial products developed for adapting to the needs of developing tertiary recovery of the oilfields, which is mainly used for conveying the mother solution of polymer and is characterized with high efficiency, steady running, low noise, compact structure, high reliability, and easy maintenance. The polymer injection pump is ideal for industrial application for the low polymer viscosity degradation rate through optimum design for excess flow pass and valve block.
Our factory began batch production of polymer injection pump in1995. At present, three series including 33 models have been developed, which are used in each large production plant of Shengli Oilfield and are sold to Jinlin Oilfield, Zhongyuan Oilfield and Daqing Oilfield. Now more than one thousand of these pumps are in use.
