SanJack has been engaged in R & D, production and sales of tertiary oil recovery since 1996. Sanjack Petro starts in 1994

1994

Sanjack has established the Tertiary recovery Technology Research and Development Center to begin research and development of tertiary recovery equipment in Shengli Oilfield, China.

1996

Sanjack’s first polymer dispersing and dissolving device has been successfully applied in the isolated oil production plant, Shengli Oilfield, China.

2010

In 2010, After nearly 2 years of preparation, SanJack has successfully obtained the PR2 certificate of gate valve issued by DNV. Over the next few years, PR2 certificates were obtained for the choke valve, tubing head, and casing head. Sanjack’s PR2 thermal wellhead has been introduced to the market.

2012

In 2012, Sanjack built a Vacuum insulation Tubing & Casing production line, with an annual output of 1 million meters. Sanjack quickly occupied the Shengli oilfield market, the market share nearly 90%. Vacuum insulation Tubing & Casing has exported to Canada, Kazakhstan, Oman Finland, and other countries.

2012

Sanjack successfully developed the first subcritical oilfield steam injection boiler.

2013

Sanjack has developed more than 20 kinds of subcritical steam injection boilers, with an evaporation capacity of 9.2t/h~30t/h and rated pressure of 17.2mpa ~21MPa.

2014

In 2014, Sanjack successfully developed the first supercritical oil field steam injection boiler with a steam pressure of 26Mpa, a steam temperature of 390℃, and thermal efficiency of over 90%.

2015

In 2015, SanJack developed the first high dryness gas injection boiler(23 ton/h)and applied it in Shengli Oilfield. The working pressure is 21Mpa, the working temperature is 370℃, the steam dryness is 100%, the thermal efficiency is over 91%.

2017

Sanjack’s supercritical steam injection boiler has successfully exported to Sudan’s PE oilfield for the first time. The second boiler was exported to Sudan again in 2018.Sanjack dispatched engineers to be responsible for the installation, commissioning, and operation of the steam injection boiler and trained the field operators for two months.

2019

Sanjack successfully exported its first desulfurization and denitrification steam injection boiler to The Banks Oilfield in Albania and provided one-stop thermal recovery service for customers.
