Desulfurization and Denitrification Oilfield Steam Boiler
The double alkali flue gas desulfurization process is that the flue gas in the roasting kiln is sent to the desulfurization tower through the smoke exhauster, and the flue gas rotates and rises in the tower. After fully contacting with the alkali metal salts such as NaOH, Na2CO3, NaHCO3, Na2SO3 and other aqueous solutions sprayed in the tower, the flue gas can be separated from the flue gas Then the absorbed SO2 solution is regenerated in the lime liquid reaction tank. The regenerated solution after absorption can be recycled, and SO2 is precipitated in the form of gypsum. The advantages of Double Alkali FGD process are as follows:
- With NaOH desulfurizer, the circulating solution is basically NaOH aqueous solution, and there is no corrosion and blockage of equipment, pipelines and pumps in the circulating system.
- The regeneration of absorbent, desulfurization slag and precipitation are carried out outside the tower, which reduces the possibility of scaling in the tower.
- The utilization rate of lime can be improved and the cost of desulfurization can be saved by adopting the integration of desulfurization and dust removal.
As an oilfield steam injection boiler used in oilfield heavy oil thermal recovery, due to its large number, the total amount of flue gas emissions is large.
The problems of excessive emissions of SO2, nitrogen oxides and solid particles in the flue gas need to be solved urgently.
However, due to the fact that a considerable number of steam injection boilers are mobile boilers, there are many pollutants in the flue gas of boilers, and there is a certain amount of oil in the flue gas, so the conventional bag filter, electrostatic precipitator and large volume water film dust collector cannot be used.
Therefore, Sanjack has developed a new skid mounted oilfield steam injection boiler flue gas desulfurization and denitrification device.
Desulfurization and Denitrification steam injection boiler mainly combines boiler with tail flue gas treatment unit to achieve the purpose of energy-saving, environmental protection and standard discharge.
Tail Flue Gas Treatment Unit
Tail Flue Gas Treatment Unit adopts double alkali desulfurization and denitrification technology. The double-base method uses sodium-based desulfurizer for desulfurization in equipment. Due to the strong alkalinity of sodium-based desulfurizer, the solubility of reaction products after absorbing Sulphur dioxide is high, which will not cause supersaturated crystallization and scale blockage. On the other hand, the desulfurization products are discharged into the regeneration tank to be reduced and regenerated with sodium hydroxide, and the regenerated sodium-based desulfurizer is then recycled in the spray system. The dual-alkali desulfurization process reduces investment and operation costs and is more suitable for small and medium-sized boiler desulfurization retrofit.
The top of the flue gas-water heat exchanger on the skid seat is provided with an upper smoke inlet pipe, and the bottom of the flue gas-water heat exchanger is provided with a lower smoke pipe, the lower smoke pipe is connected with the alkali liquor box, the alkali liquor box is provided with the alkali liquor, and the bottom is provided with a conical ash collecting hopper; one side of the cyclone separator is connected with the alkali liquor box, and the other side is connected with the chimney through the curved smoke pipe and the centrifugal fan.
The following remarkable effects have been achieved：
1). The flue gas / water heat exchanger can effectively absorb the heat of flue gas, reduce the exhaust gas temperature, and improve the inlet water temperature of the steam injection boiler, so as to improve the overall thermal efficiency of the boiler.
2). The main harmful substances SO2, NOx and solid particles in the flue gas were effectively removed, which met the requirements of environmental protection.
